Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services, treatments, products, digital purchases, and vouchers from Mirabell Cosmetology Limited, trading as Mirabell Aesthetics.

1. Treatments & Services

Due to the nature of aesthetic and beauty treatments, no refunds are provided for services that have already been carried out.

By proceeding with a treatment, clients confirm that they have received appropriate consultation and have agreed to the treatment plan.

Individual results may vary, and dissatisfaction alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

2. Deposits & Prepayments

A booking deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure an appointment.

Deposits and payments are applied toward the total treatment cost.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, in which case deposits or payments may be transferred to a future booking.

Where cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a missed appointment, the deposit or payment may be retained.

Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments may result in the loss of deposits or payments, as appointment times are reserved exclusively and prevent other clients from booking.

3. Products (In-Clinic & Online)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

4. Digital Products & Courses

Digital products, including online courses and training materials, are delivered electronically.

Where access is provided immediately after purchase, the right to cancel may be lost once access has been granted.

By purchasing digital products, clients acknowledge and agree to this.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.

Expired vouchers may not be accepted; however, extensions may be considered at the discretion of Mirabell Aesthetics.

Vouchers may be used toward services or products but cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

6. Faulty Services or Products

If a service or product is found to be faulty or not provided with reasonable care and skill, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
