Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases of physical products from Mirabell Cosmetology Limited, trading as Mirabell Aesthetics.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, you will receive confirmation of dispatch where applicable.

2. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Ireland: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors outside of our control.

3. Shipping Providers

We use trusted third-party courier and postal services to deliver orders. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier provider.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase. Mirabell Aesthetics is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, courier delays, or customs-related issues where applicable.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will assist in liaising with the courier where possible.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, photographic evidence should be provided so the issue can be assessed and resolved.

7. In-Clinic Purchases

Products purchased in-clinic become the responsibility of the client once they leave the premises.
