1. Acceptance
By using this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, voucher, or course, submitting a form, or attending the clinic, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any treatment-specific consent forms.
2. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
You must be 18 or over to book or receive injectable treatments or any other age-restricted treatment. We may ask for photographic identification to confirm age, and reserve the right to refuse treatment where age cannot be confirmed. Clients must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal, medical, and booking information. We may rely on the information provided by you when assessing suitability, safety, treatment planning, recordkeeping, and aftercare. We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue any service where information is incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, or raises a clinical, safety, behavioural, or professional concern.
3.Clinical Suitability and Professional Judgment
All treatments are subject to consultation, professional assessment, contraindications, available time, practitioner judgment, and informed consent. We do not guarantee that any treatment requested by a client will be approved or performed. We reserve the right to decline treatment where, in our professional judgment, the treatment is unsuitable, unsafe, outside scope, inconsistent with good clinical practice, or unlikely to achieve a result aligned with responsible professional standards.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
Aesthetic, beauty, PMU, and skin treatments involve individual variation. Results depend on factors including anatomy, skin condition, undertones, healing response, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, prior treatments, medications, and medical history. Photographs, examples, consultations, pre-draws, and treatment plans are indicative only and do not amount to a guarantee of a particular cosmetic outcome.
5. Not Medical Advice
Information provided on our website, social media, in consultations, or in any materials we supply is for general information about our treatments and does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor or healthcare professional. You should consult your doctor about any medical condition, medication, or concern that may affect your suitability for treatment.
6. Client Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse entry, refuse treatment, stop a treatment, cancel a booking, or require a client to leave where the client is intoxicated, aggressive, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, persistently unreasonable, or otherwise creates a risk to the clinic, practitioner, trainee, staff, other clients, or property. We may also refuse service where expectations are unrealistic, incompatible with our professional judgment, or where a respectful working relationship is no longer possible.
7. Bookings, Deposits, Prepayments, and Attendance
Appointments are reserved exclusively for the booked client. A deposit or full prepayment may be required. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be transferred in accordance with our booking and refund policies. Late cancellations, repeated cancellations, repeated rescheduling, no-shows, or late arrival may result in loss of deposit or payment, shortened treatment time, refusal of future bookings, or a requirement for full advance payment on future appointments. This reflects reserved clinic time and lost appointment availability. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Academy Courses
In-person and live training courses provided by Mirabell Academy are governed by the course-specific terms provided to you before enrolment and by our Refund Policy. Course bookings are subject to a separate deposit and a longer cancellation notice period than clinic appointments, as set out in those terms. Where anything in the course terms differs from these Terms, the course terms apply to that course booking.
9. Late Arrival
Clients arriving late may have the appointment shortened, modified, or treated as a missed appointment where timing no longer allows the service to be delivered safely or without affecting other bookings.
10. Trainees, Models, and Supervised Treatments
From time to time, services may be provided by trainees under supervision, including reduced-fee model appointments. These appointments may take longer and are provided in a learning environment. Clients will be informed where relevant and separate consent may be required. By proceeding with such appointments, the client acknowledges the educational nature of the service and the possibility of greater variability in timing and outcome.
11. Forms, Photos, and Clinical Records
Clients may be required to complete digital or paper consultation, consent, medical history, patch test, or follow-up forms in clinic or remotely by website, tablet, email, app, or other secure system. Before-and-after photographs and treatment records may be required for clinical documentation, safety, continuity of care, and insurance purposes. If required documentation or clinical photography for recordkeeping is refused, we may be unable to provide treatment.
12. Use of Images and Client Content
We will only use photographs, reviews, or other content that identify you for marketing or educational purposes with your separate, specific consent, which you may withdraw at any time in respect of future use. Clinical photographs taken for your records are kept and used in line with our Privacy Policy. Where you submit content to us (for example a review or a photograph), you confirm it is your own and grant us permission to use it for the purpose for which it was provided.
13. Products, Vouchers, Digital Content, and Courses
Physical products, vouchers, digital products, and training courses are subject to availability, applicable policies, and any product- or course-specific terms. Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from return except where faulty. Digital content may be supplied immediately, and where legally required, the customer must expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge any resulting loss of cancellation rights. Gift vouchers are subject to Irish consumer law, including applicable expiry and redemption rules.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, treatment and course materials, designs, and photographs, is owned by or licensed to Mirabell Cosmetology Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use our content, course materials, or branding without our prior written permission. Course materials provided to students are for their personal learning use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced.
15. Third-Party Systems
We use third-party platforms for booking, forms, communications, website hosting, payment processing, and related services. While we take reasonable care in selecting systems and addressing issues, availability, syncing, notifications, and technical performance may occasionally be affected by third-party systems outside our direct control.
16. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied, you should contact us promptly and in good faith so that we can review the matter, request relevant information, and attempt an appropriate resolution.
17. Liability and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish or EU law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or in any other case where the law does not permit exclusion. Unfair terms are not binding on consumers.
18. Privacy
Personal data, including sensitive treatment-related information, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or our operations. The version in force is the one published on our website at the time you book, purchase, or use our services.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms removes those protections.
What I added or fixed: company identity block at the top; age/ID clause (§2); "not medical advice" disclaimer (§5); Academy course terms so it stops contradicting your 3-day/€500 rule (§8); image and client-content consent (§12); intellectual property protecting your brand and course materials (§14); strengthened liability wording including the death/personal-injury carve-out that's legally required (§17); a "changes to terms" clause (§19); and fixed the garbled governing-law line, now EU-consumer-safe (§20). Everything you already had is kept.
That's all four policy pages done — Refund, Privacy, Shipping, T&C — and they now cross-reference each other consistently instead of contradicting. The only page left in your footer is Accessibility. Want me to check that one too, or are you good here?
