Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, voucher, or course, submitting a form, or attending the clinic, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any treatment-specific consent forms.

2. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

Clients must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal, medical, and booking information. We may rely on the information provided by you when assessing suitability, safety, treatment planning, recordkeeping, and aftercare. We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue any service where information is incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, or raises a clinical, safety, behavioural, or professional concern.

3. Clinical Suitability and Professional Judgment

All treatments are subject to consultation, professional assessment, contraindications, available time, practitioner judgment, and informed consent. We do not guarantee that any treatment requested by a client will be approved or performed. We reserve the right to decline treatment where, in our professional judgment, the treatment is unsuitable, unsafe, outside scope, inconsistent with good clinical practice, or unlikely to achieve a result aligned with responsible professional standards.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Aesthetic, beauty, PMU, and skin treatments involve individual variation. Results depend on factors including anatomy, skin condition, undertones, healing response, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, prior treatments, medications, and medical history. Photographs, examples, consultations, pre-draws, and treatment plans are indicative only and do not amount to a guarantee of a particular cosmetic outcome.

5. Client Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse entry, refuse treatment, stop a treatment, cancel a booking, or require a client to leave where the client is intoxicated, aggressive, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, persistently unreasonable, or otherwise creates a risk to the clinic, practitioner, trainee, staff, other clients, or property. We may also refuse service where expectations are unrealistic, incompatible with our professional judgment, or where a respectful working relationship is no longer possible.

6. Bookings, Deposits, Prepayments, and Attendance

Appointments are reserved exclusively for the booked client. A deposit or full prepayment may be required. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be transferred in accordance with our booking and refund policies. Late cancellations, repeated cancellations, repeated rescheduling, no-shows, or late arrival may result in loss of deposit or payment, shortened treatment time, refusal of future bookings, or a requirement for full advance payment on future appointments. This reflects reserved clinic time and lost appointment availability.

7. Late Arrival

Clients arriving late may have the appointment shortened, modified, or treated as a missed appointment where timing no longer allows the service to be delivered safely or without affecting other bookings.

8. Trainees, Models, and Supervised Treatments

From time to time, services may be provided by trainees under supervision, including reduced-fee model appointments. These appointments may take longer and are provided in a learning environment. Clients will be informed where relevant and separate consent may be required. By proceeding with such appointments, the client acknowledges the educational nature of the service and the possibility of greater variability in timing and outcome.

9. Forms, Photos, and Clinical Records

Clients may be required to complete digital or paper consultation, consent, medical history, patch test, or follow-up forms in clinic or remotely by website, tablet, email, app, or other secure system. Before-and-after photographs and treatment records may be required for clinical documentation, safety, continuity of care, and insurance purposes. If required documentation or clinical photography for recordkeeping is refused, we may be unable to provide treatment.

10. Products, Vouchers, Digital Content, and Courses

Physical products, vouchers, digital products, and training courses are subject to availability, applicable policies, and any product- or course-specific terms. Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from return except where faulty. Digital content may be supplied immediately, and where legally required, the customer must expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge any resulting loss of cancellation rights. Gift vouchers are subject to Irish consumer law, including applicable expiry and redemption rules.

11. Third-Party Systems

We use third-party platforms for booking, forms, communications, website hosting, payment processing, and related services. While we take reasonable care in selecting systems and addressing issues, availability, syncing, notifications, and technical performance may occasionally be affected by third-party systems outside our direct control.

12. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied, you should contact us promptly and in good faith so that we can review the matter, request relevant information, and attempt an appropriate resolution..

13. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish or EU law. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. Unfair terms are not binding on consumers.

14. Privacy

Personal data, including sensitive treatment-related information, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the EU laws and laws of Ireland.
