Nano Strokes Brows refers to a highly precise, semi-permanent technique of using ultra-fine strokes on the brows to create the effect of natural hair. Using advanced digital technology and strategically placed pigments, each stroke is custom-created to match the natural brow growth pattern of the client. The end result is a softly defined brow with a more full appearance that looks as if the hairs have always been there. Ideal candidates are those who want their brows to look fuller with some build-up but still maintain a completely natural hair-like appearance. The artist will custom create every Extreme Brow treatment based on the client's natural brow hair growth, facial measurements and desired enhancement level for the most realistic and balanced appearance possible. Results will last approximately 1-3 years with gradual fading over time. A mandatory follow-up appointment is needed to ensure that the pigment settles properly and is perfect before the final result is established. Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy This Refund Policy applies to services, treatments, products, digital purchases, and vouchers from Mirabell Cosmetology Limited, trading as Mirabell Aesthetics. 1. Treatments & Services Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds are provided for services once carried out. By proceeding, clients confirm they have received consultation and agreed to the treatment plan. Results vary and dissatisfaction alone is not grounds for a refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. 2. Deposits & Prepayments A deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure an appointment and is applied toward the total cost. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may have payments transferred. Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or payment. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may also result in loss of payments, as appointment times are reserved and unavailable to other clients. 3. Products (In-Clinic & Online) For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. 4. Digital Products & Courses Digital products and courses are delivered electronically. Where access is provided immediately, the right to cancel may be lost. By purchasing, clients acknowledge and agree to this. 5. Gift Vouchers Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise. Must be presented at redemption and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Expired vouchers may not be accepted; extensions may be considered at our discretion. Where purchased online and unused, cancellation rights may apply under consumer law. 6. Faulty Services or Products If a service or product is faulty or not provided with reasonable care and skill, we will assess and provide a suitable remedy in line with consumer law. 7.
